Streszczenie:

The theme of the study are spatial structures solutions of social housing concepts in the background of structurality, divisions, functioning and taking place in the social relations of the city. The study shows the situation of modern cities with regard to the demand for social housing. It has been shown that with the concept of combining together the micro interventions plan, compact city, and consequently the idea of sustainable development and use the fact of shortfall in social housing resources, it can be obtained urban structure with buildings in the form of supplementary social housing units. Interventions in the form of mini-structures of social housing, will al-low a harmonious and dynamic development of the living organism of the city.
