Abstract:

Juxtaposing the date of the habitat with social architecture causes that we are joining to ourselves, it is possible to say, opposing notions. There is a speech about the most luxurious conditions of being from one side, on the other, about meeting, usually, the minimal needs of residents. An effect of such a balance can be a definition saying about creating such a housing building development, which in spite of limited, often to the minimum, spaces will provide for her residents easy terms for living. ; For systematizing dates and explanations connected with the subject there is created juxtaposing with associated expressions with this subject. The functioning definitions associated with the discussed notion and meaning of the scale of the single-family building development in solutions of social architecture are a central current of this dissertation. ; According to presented issues, the Polish form of the social housing industry is classifying itself on the
